In 2006, I started Digital Dreams Photography after working in the photography industry for over 20 years. Since then, I have worked with some great people and have watched my photography business grow into a business that I am proud to own. I love weak coffee, cold beer, country music and rhubarb pie. I’m happiest when I share all of these things with my closest friends (except the pie—that’s mine).

My husband, Jack, works at Veyance in Norfolk and takes care of our acreage. His interest in photography is growing and he is my first choice as a second photographer for weddings. We have three wonderful sons, three beautiful daughter-in-laws, four precious granddaughters and three handsome grandsons.

For me, photographs are more than just images. They’re faces, places and memories. I love the art of photography and I am thankful that I’ve found a job that I enjoy more and more each day. I work hard to make sure clients are relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera. We both end up smiling because that’s just what naturally happens. Clients are treated as friends because, in the end, they often are.
